April 30 and spraying Canadain thistles with a vinegar solution. Also discovered badger holes out here, looking for moles more than likely.

Black cat still here. Put new carpet in hallway. Need to use dry kind next time as water leaches into carpet from tannin's in wood staining the carpet.

Fixed starter for van, need to put it in.

Walked with dog just at dark. Dog has a way of communicating that I find fascinating. She just came down the hall to ask me for a treat, a hotdoy before bed. It is a habit with her. At first I was annoyed with her about this. Then I followed thru with the hot dog and she is content afterwords, so I believe we have connected.
